NEAT, HUH?  OF COURSE, THAT HAS NOOOO PERTINENCE TO THE WAY IT WAS USED REGARDING THE DOWNLOAD POLICY-I KNOW FOR A FACT EVERYONE WILL DO AS REQUIRED BY LAW AND FOLLOW THAT LITTLE POLICY....hehehehehe.  I'M PUTTING MY TRUST IN YOU-DON'T LET ME DOWN....CAUSE IF YOU DO-I WON'T CARE.  HOW'S THAT FOR INCENTIVE?

YOU KNOW WHAT THE BEST WAY TO DOWNLOAD MP3's IS?  WELL-I'LL TELL YOU!  IT'S WITH CUTEFTP.  So now I command you to download it.  Once you download it-run the installation program...etc. etc.....and when you run it, put an ftp site you wanna connect to in the corresponding box in QUICK CONNECT.  Most of the time MP3 FTP sites will allow you to connect as User: anonymous and then you leave password blank.  Often you'll be asked to put in a valid e-mail address where you can be contacted for a password.  I've supplied a list of good FTP servers with MP3s below.  Now one thing to keep in mind-often, an FTP site will have a RATIO.  An FTP ratio requires users to upload a certain number of bytes for every pre-specified number you download.  (EXAMPLE:  If an FTP site had a ratio of 1:5, you would be required to upload 1 byte for every 5 you download)  Yes, this IS a hassle and it IS annoying-but hey, most of the songs you'll see on FTP sites were added from people who upload stuff...So when you and everyone else uploads songs-You all reap the benefits.  SO DON'T BE A WHINY PAIN IN THE ARSE!  (8{)
